Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

- Maintain disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations.
- Plan and execute training & development initiatives for employees.

Join Our Talented Team as an HR & Admin Manager Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity to make a significant impact? TUAN Group is on the lookout for a dedicated HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources department and streamline our administrative operations. As the HR & Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our HR strategies with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations. This is a full-time position where your skills will influence the overall success of our organization. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention programs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and compliance management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in garments, manufacturing, or large-scale factory operations is highly preferred.
