Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily records of Attendance & Leave of all the employees.
  • Recruitment Process, Handling Joining new employee & departure process.
  • Maintain various files including employee personal files, recruitment & other benefits file and so on.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate the arrangements of meetings, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of Attendance & Leave reports, presentations, Appraisal, and other documents.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative & HR tasks as per department head instructions.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a high level of integrity.
  • Implement core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR services and continuously review the best practices.
  • Maintain HRIS software & entry the data for all the employees personal, attendance, leave information & generate reports.

Job Description

About the Position: We are excited to announce an opening for an HR & Admin Officer at our renowned Buying House. This role is pivotal for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and fostering a positive work environment for all employees. Maintain daily records of attendance and leave for all employees. Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding for new hires and proper handling of exit processes. Keep various HR and employee files organized, including personal files and recruitment documents. Oversee daily office operations to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements are in place. Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail efficiently. Assist with preparing attendance reports, presentations, and appraisals. Execute daily administrative and HR tasks as directed by management. Ensure all records are maintained accurately and efficiently. Implement best HR practices under company policy for professional services. Utilize HRIS software to maintain and update employee information, attendance, leave data, and generate necessary reports. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management (BBA or MBA) Experience: 3 to 4 years in HR, particularly in the garments or buying house sectors. Skills: Proficiency in Human Resource Management, excellent communication, strong report writing capabilities, and advanced skills in MS Office. Must be able to work under pressure and possess good interpersonal skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. An understanding of HRIS systems and best practices is a plus.
