Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment partners and ensure timely processing of documentation for selected candidates.
- Handle payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration in line with Saudi labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) regulations.
- Manage general administrative functions including office management, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR databases.
- Support in organizing training, employee engagement, and performance evaluation activities.
- Liaise with management and staff to address HR issues promptly and professionally.

Job Context: Al-Abeer Company, a leading manpower recruitment and HR solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team at the Head Office in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, support recruitment activities, and manage administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.
