The role: HR Executive responsible for end-to-end HR tasks including recruitment, HRM system management, documentation, compensation & benefits and employee engagement. Employment type: Full Time, work at office. Key responsibilities (what you will do) Talent Acquisition — manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. HRM System Management — maintain and update the HR information system and employee records. HR Documentation — prepare and maintain HR documents, contracts and official records. Compensation & Benefits Administration — process payroll inputs and support benefits implementation. Performance Appraisal Coordination — assist in performance review cycles and documentation. Employee Exit & Final Settlement — handle resignations, exit formalities and final settlement processes. Employee Engagement Support — organize engagement programs, events and internal communications. Required experience & qualifications Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management. Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies or Garments. Age & gender requirements: Applicants should be female, aged between 23 to 29 years (per circular). Skills and competencies Excellent communication skills in English, with clear pronunciation for meetings and reports. Event organizing and employee engagement capability. Payroll management experience and familiarity with compensation processes. Performance management and appraisal coordination. Reporting and documentation skills to maintain accurate HR records.
