Job Description
Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in Human Resources? F M Agro Foods Limited is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Support the recruitment and selection process including talent acquisition, conducting inductions and orientations, and maintaining employee documentation. Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and assist in the transfer and job rotation of employees. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and headhunters to source a qualified pool of candidates. Manage the issuance and renewal of employee ID cards. Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines effectively. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards. Provide support in organizing internal meetings and documenting interventions including minutes of meetings and events. Update job descriptions and position profiles for new hires as well as for existing employees. Required Skills: Employee Attendance and Relations Management Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law Strong leadership and communication skills Payroll management expertise Reporting and documentation capabilities Talent Acquisition proficiency Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
