Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) issues including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee counseling.
  • Execute and monitor disciplinary actions in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the entire recruitment and selection process.
  • Act as a dedicated Floor HR representative for effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and internal regulations.

Job Description

Job Overview: JANN GROUP is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Gazipur. As a key player in our Knit Composite Factory, you will be responsible for various Human Resource functions including employee relations, recruitment processes, compliance with labor laws, and much more. We are looking for an individual who is energetic, proactive, and has excellent communication skills to support our workforce effectively.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) issues including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee counseling.Execute and monitor disciplinary actions in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Support the entire recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent acquisition.Act as the dedicated Floor HR representative to facilitate effective communication between management and employees.Ensure full compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law and internal factory regulations.Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave requests, and oversee HR documentation.Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and conducting awareness sessions.Support management in preparing for and facilitating all audits (e.g., social, compliance, buyer-specific).Qualifications:Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed university with specialization in Human Resource Management.Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will be an added advantage.Additional Job Requirements:Age range: 25 to 28 yearsAt least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the garments sector.Experience in factories, garments accessories, or textile fields is essential.Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure and independently.Energetic, confident, and proactive with good teamwork skills.Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.Benefits:Mobile billYearly salary reviewsPartially subsidized lunch facilitiesFestival bonuses (2 times a year)If you meet the above qualifications and are eager to be part of a growing organization, please submit your application!
