Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of software engineers, designers, QA, and support staff.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top tech talent.
- Develop and oversee appraisal systems, KPIs, and goal-setting processes for employees.
- Work closely with managers to evaluate performance and recommend development plans.
- Implement HR initiatives to boost morale, job satisfaction, and employee retention.
- Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and cultural events.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll processing.
Required Skills
- Proven HR experience (preferably in IT/software industry)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with HR software (HRMS, ATS, Payroll tools)
