Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting and implementing our HR strategies and initiatives to foster a productive workplace culture. Below are some key responsibilities and qualifications expected from the ideal candidate: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee relations to address grievances and resolve conflicts effectively. Conduct performance appraisals and oversee employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company regulations. Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation. Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations within the HR team. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all company policies. Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and effective leave management. Prepare reports for senior management regarding HR operations and analytics. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
