Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for various positions. Coordinate the entire hiring process, including crafting job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws to maintain an ethical work environment. Stay informed about the latest changes in labor regulations and update internal policies accordingly. Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and mediating disputes effectively. Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Administer performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance annually and assist managers in providing constructive feedback. Oversee compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent. Analyze workforce data to inform staffing decisions and collaborate with management on future hiring needs. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment. Conduct internal audits and address minor discrepancies found during external audits. Organize orientation and ongoing training programs related to health & safety and other employee development goals. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management. Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient understanding of recruitment and HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Benefits: Attractive salary range of BDT 25,000 - 35,000 per month. Mobile bill reimbursement. Yearly salary review. Festival bonuses (2 annually), starting after one year of service. Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma (PGD). Experience: Required experience is between 1 to 3 years, preferably in the Garments, Textile, Buying House, or Sweater Industry.
