Position Summary:As an HR intern, you will work the night shift, from Saturday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (BD time), to assist in various core HR functions such as: Recruitment: Assist with job postings, resume screenings, and interview scheduling. Onboarding: Help in preparing documentation and guiding new interns/employees. HR Documentation: Maintain employee files and compliance records. Employee Engagement: Organize team activities and collect feedback. Performance Tracking: Support HR in monitoring employee performance. Learn U.S. HR Practices: Develop an understanding of compliance and effective communication. Required Qualifications: Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
