The ideal candidate will have: A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field. 8 to 12 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT sector or related businesses. Strong skills in Administration, Policy Development, and Recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving. Working Conditions Full Time, Work at Office. Working days are Monday to Friday, with weekends off (Friday & Saturday). Attractive salary range of Tk. 60,000 - 80,000 monthly.
