Job Responsibilities

  • Post job advertisements, shortlist CVs, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company standards.
  • Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare and manage payroll, salary adjustments, and employee benefits.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and provide resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
  • Identify training needs and arrange internal/external sessions.
  • Monitor employee performance and support career development.
  • Manage resignations, final settlements, and clearance procedures.

Job Description

Job Summary: Kloud Project Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to oversee daily HR operations and facilitate smooth workforce management in accordance with company policies. This position involves managing the complete range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and training. As the only HR member in the company, we need someone dynamic, smart, and capable of balancing both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.Recruitment & Staffing: Advertise job openings, review applications, interview candidates, and manage the onboarding process.Policy & Compliance: Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws and ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law.HR Operations: Oversee daily attendance and leave records, and manage payroll and employee benefits.Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.Training & Development: Identify training needs, arrange sessions, and monitor employee performance for career growth.Exit Management: Facilitate resignations, final settlements, and clearance processes.Required Qualifications:Age between 25 to 30 years.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field (PGD in HRM is advantageous).1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.Skills Needed:Proficiency in HRIS/attendance and payroll systems.Thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and compliance.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Adept at handling multiple responsibilities independently.Benefits:Mobile phone bill coverage.Performance bonuses.Overtime allowances.Competitive salary range: 20,000 - 25,000 BDT (negotiable based on experience and skills).Annual salary reviews.If you are passionate about HR and looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply!
