Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations and ensure effective resolution of workplace issues. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, especially within the Group of Companies or Packaging Industry sectors. Age between 23 and 40 years; only male candidates are encouraged to apply. Skills Required Strong understanding of HR processes. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Job Benefits Attractive salary: Monthly Tk. 12,000 - 15,000, with a yearly salary review.
