This role plays a fundamental part in managing our HR functions, from recruiting top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.Key Responsibilities include:Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures in accordance with company policies, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and smooth exit formalities for departing employees.Maintain and update employee information in HR software, preparing monthly reports as required.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and worker-level positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers.Ensure compliance of recruitment practices with internal policies and legal regulations.Assist in special HR projects and perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.Required Skills and Qualifications:Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused on Human Resource Management.1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR, with a solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.Good knowledge of EPZ Labor Act 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple openings simultaneously.Location: Dhaka, Savar EPZEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: Competitive and negotiable, based on experience.Application Process: Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through our online platform by the deadline of October 16, 2025.
