Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Assist with HR operations such as maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, payroll support, and documentation.
  • Support finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Liaise and coordinate with international teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new HR and productivity software tools.

Job Description

About the Role :The HR & Talent Acquisition Associate will support Delineate Inc.’s HR and recruitment functions, including hiring, HR operations, and event planning. The role offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR activities, making it ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment.The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering an engaging workplace culture and ensuring that the recruitment process is both efficient and welcoming. Your day-to-day activities will include:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.Assist with HR operations such as maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, payroll support, and documentation.Support finance-related administrative tasks as needed.Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events and employee engagement initiatives.Liaise and coordinate with international teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Learn and adapt quickly to new HR and productivity software tools.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields (Final year students are welcome to apply).Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are mandatory. Ability to communicate clearly with international teams is essential.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities are preferred.
