Job Responsibilities
- Prepare different kinds of letters: appointment, transfer, promotion, etc.
- Assist recruitment and selection processes: collect staff requisitions, shortlist applications, etc.
- Assist with HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Check referencing and certification of new employees.
- Comply with onboarding checklists for new staff.
- Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance.
- Stay updated with HR trends and produce HR activity reports.
- Interpret HR policies to employees.
- Keep job descriptions up to date in the system.

Job Description
Christian Service Society (CSS) is a renowned national NGO with a workforce of 2,100 dedicated employees. We are currently seeking an experienced HRM Officer who will play a crucial role in our HRM team. Your primary responsibility will be managing the organizational recruitment process and ensuring all necessary HR documentation and databases are maintained accurately. Job Responsibilities: Prepare various letters including appointment, transfer, promotion, and resignation acknowledgments. Manage the entire recruitment and selection process including collecting staff requisition, initiating job circulars, and coordinating interviews. Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests. Verify references and certifications of newly joined employees. Complete all onboarding formalities for new staff according to established checklists. Maintain HR records such as office orders, memos, and policies. Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices. Produce and submit reports on general HR activities. Interpret CSS policies and regulations for employees. Ensure the distribution of updated job descriptions. Maintain required data and information in the HRM software effectively. Provide necessary HRM reports to the HRM Team on time. Carry out other organizational duties as requested by the supervisor. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in HRM/Management MBA in HRM or PGD in HRM preferred Additional Job Requirements: Maximum Age: 35 years Minimum 2 years of experience in HRM, preferably in NGO and microfinance. Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Honest and hardworking candidates preferred.
