Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day recycling hub operations, including collection, sorting, segregation, and processing of recyclable materials.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and facilities.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in recycling processes.
- Develop and implement operational workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of employees, including warehouse staff, drivers, and sorters.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Manage the hub's budget and operational expenses.
- Oversee labor payments and ensure timely disbursement of wages.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability without compromising quality.
- Manage incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to oversee our recycling hub operations in Cumilla, Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, and Narayanganj.
