Job Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from customers and merchants regarding delivery, pickup, entry, and return-related queries.
  • Identify issues and coordinate with Hub Managers, Pickup Managers, Return Managers, and Entry Personnel to swiftly resolve problems.
  • Provide timely feedback calls to customers and merchants after resolving their queries.
  • Handle calls from Customer Care Executives and Key Account Managers (KAM).
  • Maintain accurate records of all complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for service improvement.
  • Report recurring issues and suggest process improvements to management.
