Job Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers and merchants regarding delivery, pickup, entry, and return-related queries.
- Identify issues and coordinate with Hub Managers, Pickup Managers, Return Managers, and Entry Personnel to swiftly resolve problems.
- Provide timely feedback calls to customers and merchants after resolving their queries.
- Handle calls from Customer Care Executives and Key Account Managers (KAM).
- Maintain accurate records of all complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for service improvement.
- Report recurring issues and suggest process improvements to management.
