Job Description
ICB Islamic Bank Ltd., a Shariah-based commercial bank, is on the lookout for an exceptional Human Resources Consultant who will play a vital role in shaping our workforce. With a clear focus on aligning our human resource strategies with the bank’s goals, you will lead various HR initiatives to foster an inclusive and productive environment. Planning, analyzing, recruiting & placing the right candidates to drive the Bank's objectives. Manage talent acquisition and ensure a robust workforce planning process. Oversee performance management, career development, and KPI frameworks, ensuring measurable performance. Creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Handle employee relations and maintain compliance with labor laws. Lead organizational development initiatives and change management programs. Formulate and implement effective HR policies and practices. Utilize data analytics for workforce optimization. Promote a people-centric workplace culture. Any other responsibilities assigned by management. Job Requirements: Education: A Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Management, with a minimum CGPA of 4.00 (out of 5.00). Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience, 5 of which should be progressive HR experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Fluency in Bengali and English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office packages. Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively. Preference for candidates with additional certifications in HR (like PGDHRM). Age: No more than 62 years. Benefits: This position offers a contractual agreement for 2 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
