- Monitor daily manpower balancing, set targets, and track achievements.
- Calculate non-productive time.
- Conduct operator skill tests and prepare skill matrices.
- Track inputs in-hand, WIP, and changeover time.
- Work closely with production floor management.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering.
