Job Description
RSGT - Bangladesh is actively looking for an experienced and skilled Infrastructure Manager to oversee our terminal's civil infrastructure. If you are passionate about managing large-scale projects and have extensive knowledge in civil engineering, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Your Detailed Responsibilities in this Position Will Be: Prepare strategic renovation plans and supervise & monitor the implementation of development and maintenance work across the entire terminal's civil infrastructure, including construction, renovation, High Mast (HM) lighting systems, HVAC, water systems, fire-fighting systems, earthing & lighting systems, and electrical systems. Prepare inspection checklists for infrastructure facilities and manage PM Policy (Preventive Maintenance). Guide the team for wharf and jetty facility inspections and relative maintenance work. Prepare yearly estimation plans for consumables and ensure stock availability by coordinating with relevant departments. Supervise the inventory count and raise necessary purchase requisitions. Ensure that all maintenance and construction projects adhere to organizational objectives and safety protocols. Monitor project progression and manage quality deficiencies. Manage the overall operation of the sub-station effectively. Liaise with the Bangladesh Power Development Board to address complex power failure or grid-related issues. Collaborate with team members to establish comprehensive work plans for infrastructure projects. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, manpower utilization, ensuring informed decision-making based on data. Maintain full records of maintenance and projects to facilitate planning and analysis. Location: Hybrid (Office and Field Based) A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering is required for this position. You should have at least 10 years of site experience in civil infrastructure, preferably in the marine port industry. Candidates are expected to have expertise in civil infrastructure management, HVAC systems, firefighting systems, and project management. Desired Skills Include: Expertise in drawing & manual readings, team management, HSSE compliance, and basic MS Office proficiency. Being a team player with attention to details is essential.
