British American Resource Center is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic instructors for our Cambridge-aligned KIDS program. We seek dedicated educators ready to inspire and engage children through exciting lesson delivery and effective classroom management.Conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons following the Cambridge curriculum, focusing on the development of English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.Utilize interactive and play-based teaching tools, such as flashcards and storytelling, to facilitate fun and effective learning experiences.Promote positive student engagement and collaboration through group activities and discussions.Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and participation.Student Engagement & Management:Track student progress through regular assessments and provide tailored feedback to support individual learning needs.Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom updates.Collaboration & Development:Collaborate with fellow instructors in lesson planning and resource development.Actively participate in internal training and continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices.Introduce innovative teaching methods to elevate student engagement and learning outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English or Master of Arts (MA) in English.Professional certification in English Language Teaching (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) is a plus.Experience: A minimum of 1 year in an educational environment, preferably in School or Educational Technology (Edtech) sectors.
