Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and guide the Students in class and ensure attendance
- Check the Lesson Plans for syllabus adherence
- Counsel Guardians/Parents as required
- Organize events such as rallies and cultural programs
- Uphold the image of the Institution
- Address any issues of discipline
- Supervise Teacher-Parents meetings and Result Days
- Counsel Parents/Guardians regarding student concerns
- Conduct theoretical and practical classes
- Motivate students and ensure high attendance
- Facilitate skill training for teaching staff
- Assist Department Head as needed

Job Description
Saic Group is looking for skilled Instructors in Bangla, Math, and Chemistry to lead Diploma in Engineering courses under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). Our mission is to deliver quality education and to enrich the learning experiences of students in our institutions.As an Instructor, your responsibilities will include:Coordination and guidance of students to ensure class attendance and engagement.Reviewing Lesson Plans for adherence to syllabus standards.Providing counseling to parents and guardians as necessary.Organizing activities such as rallies, campaigns, and cultural programs.Maintaining the institution's reputation through proactive engagement.Managing classroom discipline and addressing any issues promptly.Supervising Teacher-Parents meetings and Result Days.Motivating students and following up to achieve high attendance and low dropout rates.Facilitating in-house training for teaching staff.Assisting the Department Head with various tasks.Preparing weekly attendance reports for the Department Head.Developing lesson plans and semester outlines at the start of each subject.Performing any additional responsibilities assigned by management.To qualify, candidates must:Hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics, or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry.Have experience teaching in a university, college, or school setting (1 to 2 years preferred).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!Be at least 24 years of age.We are particularly interested in candidates with:Strong classroom management and organizational skills.Good presentation and communication abilities.Fluency in English (oral and written).Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.Leadership, time management, and multitasking capabilities.This position is full-time and requires you to work at our Mirpur, Dhaka office.The salary range is set at Tk. 18,000 - 19,000 monthly, with additional benefits such as mobile bill coverage, annual salary reviews, and festival bonuses.If you are interested in shaping future generations through quality education, we invite you to apply now!For any inquiries, feel free to reach out via our company contact.
