Job Responsibilities

Job Description
UCEP Bangladesh is currently seeking a passionate Junior Instructor- English to join our UCEP Institute of Science & Technology (UIST) located in Mirpur, Dhaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality teaching as per the curriculum and effectively utilizing educational resources. As a Junior Instructor, your role will include a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering a conducive learning environment, including but not limited to:Adhering to the Key Performance Indicators set by your supervisors and adjusting to changing requirements.Teaching students according to academic schedules and established curriculum.Developing engaging lesson plans and laboratory manuals.Monitoring and supervising student activities in the classroom.Providing additional support to clarify concepts.Encouraging student engagement in co-curricular activities.Motivating and counseling students to ensure regular class attendance.Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.Maintaining student profiles and examination records.Assisting with the admission processes at UIST.Preparing necessary documentation for BTEB requirements.Maintaining effective teaching resources and overseeing equipment upkeep.Overseeing academic library operations till it functions efficiently.Maintaining confidentiality regarding institutional affairs and upholding the dignity of the institution.Completing other duties as assigned by the UIST authority.UCEP Bangladesh emphasizes safeguarding and creating a safe, respectful environment for all.
