Job Responsibilities
- Make data entry of all new fixed assets, asset addition, assets retirement, and disposal in the oracle system along with preserve related documents accurately and timely.
- Check the operational expenses to find out the new asset's addition, add to assets and give adjustment in GL module from OPEX to CWIP/Assets Clearing account accordingly.
- Make printing of all tag numbers on new fixed assets addition from the system and send to respective responsible personnel for affixing tag with the assets.
- Regularly monitor all new projects (CWIP assets) from start date to end date along with related costs.
- Conduct monthly factory visits for physical verification of various project works, new asset identification, retired items identification, and proper tagging of all asset items.
- Prepare Fixed assets and CWIP assets schedule monthly and cumulatively while reconciling fixed assets register with the monthly trial balance.
- Provide various types of fixed asset reports to finance and statutory bodies such as insurance, bank, and income tax assessments.
- Maintain records and archiving documents sequentially, including journal vouchers and other valuable documents.
- Perform any other jobs as assigned occasionally.

Internship Duration: The internship lasts for 3 months, with the potential for a full-time permanent job offer based on performance following the internship. Job Responsibilities: For Intern 01: Make data entry of all new fixed assets, asset addition, assets retirement, and disposal in the oracle system while preserving related documents accurately and promptly. Check operational expenses for new asset additions and adjust GL module from OPEX to CWIP/Assets Clearing account as necessary. Prepare and print asset tag numbers for new fixed asset additions and forward them to the responsible personnel for affixing. Regular monitoring of all new project (CWIP assets) from start to finish alongside related costs. Conduct monthly factory visits to verify various project works, identify new assets, and tag retired items properly. Prepare a fixed asset and CWIP asset schedule monthly and cumulatively, ensuring reconciliation with the monthly trial balance. Provide various types of fixed asset reports to finance and statutory bodies, including insurance, bank, and income tax assessments. Maintain records of all fixed asset documents and valuable materials. Carry out additional tasks as assigned. For Intern 02: Prepare standard and prepayment invoices under AP module and process loan receipts and payments, and journal entries as required. Input data entries in the oracle system accurately and timely. Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain all documentation as specified. Perform other duties as needed. Education Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or a Master in Accounting. Skills Required: Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in the oracle system are preferred.
