Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Sustainability Interns (Contractual) in the Sustainability Department. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to community-focused initiatives and gain hands-on experience in fieldwork and data management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field surveys to collect data on community needs, caregiving practices, and participant feedback.Assist in designing survey questionnaires and data collection tools under the guidance of the project supervisor.Engage with local communities, caregivers, and stakeholders to gather accurate and reliable information.Enter, organize, and maintain collected data in digital or physical records.Support the team in analyzing survey findings and preparing summary reports.Participate in project meetings and contribute observations and recommendations from fieldwork.Ensure ethical standards, confidentiality, and sensitivity while interacting with participants.Provide logistical support during field visits, including scheduling, travel coordination, and resource management.Working Hours & ConditionsHours: 08 hours per dayCondition: Outdoor workTravel: T/A and D/A will be provided as per company policy.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized institution in Social Work, Early Childhood Development, Psychology, Public Health, Sociology, Education, Development Studies, or related disciplines.Educational Qualification: Excellent in Bangla & English, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Working Experience: Prior experience in surveys, field research, or community engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.Skills Required: Field Data Collection, Field Operation, Field or Project Organizer, Field Work.Salary: NegotiableLocation: Faridpur, BangladeshIf you're passionate about sustainability and ready to make a difference, we encourage you to apply today!
