This role is instrumental in shaping our HR department and getting hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Successful interns may be offered full-time employment upon completion of the internship based on their performance. Assist in the recruitment and selection process including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.Support employee onboarding and induction programs.Maintain and update the HR database, personnel files, and attendance records.Assist in organizing training and development programs.Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.Ensure compliance with HR policies and audit requirements.
