Job Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns
- Help maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation
- Coordinate and support HR events, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs
- Assist with drafting HR communications, policies, and process documents
- Perform market research and benchmarking for HR practices and compensation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Research and identify potential clients and target industries for outreach
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Help manage CRM tools and track leads, follow-ups, and client communication
- Support the team in scheduling meetings and calls with prospects and partners
- Contribute to email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the BD team for strategic planning
