Job Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and activities within the department.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage documentation processes.
- Perform data entry and analysis, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding ledgers and key accounts through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare daily reconciliation statements and report directly to the Assistant Manager.
- Monitor overdue payments and maintain follow-up based on each client’s agreed payment timeline.
- Maintain accurate records of official documents.
