Job Description
Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd, located in the Uttara Export Processing Zone of Nilphamari, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of leather goods to some of the world’s top fashion brands. As we continue to expand, we are excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Internal Audit (IA) Department for motivated MBA students looking to gain real-world experience. This internship is an exciting opportunity to engage in various tasks that revolve around internal auditing, compliance checks, and data analysis. As an intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our internal processes align with industry standards while also contributing to our goal of continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Periodically monitor and analyze individual organizational objectives using lean tools such as Hoshin Kanri to ensure performance accuracy. Verify background data and information related to Purchase Orders (PO) and Production Instructions (PI), balancing daily work volumes. Assist in various audits (inventory, assets, package), ensuring compliance and verifying post-audit improvements. Perform regular checks of physical documentation against background data to ensure consistency and accuracy. Requirements: Age between 21 to 28 years. Currently an MBA student from a reputed university who has completed academic coursework. Ability to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months, with the possibility of extending up to 4 months. Strong academic performance with relevant coursework in auditing, finance, or business management. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits: Monthly Salary: Tk. 10,000 to Tk. 13,000.
