- Develop and execute a comprehensive Internal Audit Plan based on rigorous risk assessment.
- Conduct independent audits and assessments across key business functions including finance, operations, and compliance.
- Identify control weaknesses and inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Evaluate business processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Oversee the integrity of financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, FRC, and BSEC guidelines.
- Investigate reports of fraud and operational inefficiencies and assist with implementing corrective actions.
- Integrate cybersecurity and ESG metrics into internal audit reviews.
- Establish and manage a whistleblower mechanism and ethical compliance framework.
- Advise senior management on control enhancements and strategic improvements.

Our corporate office is situated in Pragati Sharani, Dhaka, with the new factory complex spanning over 60 acres in Jamalpur, which will eventually employ around 1000 individuals.
