We are currently seeking dynamic and proactive individuals who are passionate about contributing to our growth and success.Job Overview:As the Internal Audit Manager, you will play a vital role in reinforcing our commitment to excellence and transparency. Working independently and closely with various departments, you will ensure that our financial operations adhere to high standards of accuracy and integrity. You will report directly to the Board via the Managing Director.Conduct audits of all revenue-generating outlets, including Front Desk and F&B services.Verify revenue reports and investigate discrepancies, providing explanations that make sense.Oversee the daily recording of petty cash and reconcile room key card usage.Audit procurement processes, ensuring quality and correctness of ordered items upon delivery.Validate daily payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies.Prepare comprehensive ‘Audit Flash Reports’ with findings and discrepancies.Who We’re Looking For:We require candidates who meet the following criteria:Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in the hotel or restaurant sector.Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting from a reputable institution.Part-qualified accountants with experience in Audit & Assurance are preferred.Mature and assertive individuals who can effectively communicate issues with senior management.Strong analytical skills, particularly proficiency with Excel and data analytics tools.Working Conditions:This is a full-time position based in our Dhaka office.
