Job Description
Job Context: JSK Group is a reputed manpower recruitment and HR solutions provider based in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Internal Auditor (CA/CC) to enhance our Audit & Compliance team at our Head Office in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is expected to ensure compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency across our recruitment, placement, and corporate functions. Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan, focusing on financial, operational, and compliance areas. Review and assess internal controls in recruitment operations, overseas placement processes, payroll, and other corporate functions. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi labor laws, ZATCA regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Zakat), and company policies. Audit procurement, vendor payments, and service provider agreements for accuracy and transparency. Verify financial transactions, reconciliations, and revenue recognition related to manpower recruitment services. Assess ERP/IT systems ensuring data security, user access controls, and accuracy of HR/payroll systems. Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings and actionable recommendations. Present audit results to senior management and ensure the implementation of corrective measures. Investigate any irregularities, fraud allegations, or operational breaches. Required Skills: ACA/ACMA certification Experience in accounts and audit Proficiency in Arabic and English communication Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of compliance audits and internal auditing processes Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA-CC from a recognized institution (ICAB/ICAI/ICAP or equivalent). Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in Multinational Companies, Consulting Firms, Travel Agents, or Groups of Companies is preferred. Additional Requirements: Age between 24 to 38 years. Only male candidates are eligible.
