Generate leads and maintain effective communication with prospective students and their families. Prepare and manage student documentation with high accuracy to facilitate admissions. Foster strong, positive relationships with students, guardians, and institutional partners. Provide regular, data-driven updates and personalized guidance to help students navigate their educational paths. Conduct research to enhance our service offerings and contribute to existing organizational development initiatives. Offer counseling and support to students throughout the application process, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in digital marketing, especially through social media platforms. Strong MS Office skills and typing proficiency in both Bengali and English. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Age range: 21-31 years.
