With our growing team, we are searching for communication-savvy individuals who excel in customer service to join us in making a real difference for our clients. Position Overview: The role of the International Call Centre Agent involves engaging with customers from various backgrounds, providing them with the best possible solutions to their queries. If you have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills, this role may be perfect for you! Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. Managing communications via Email and WhatsApp to ensure effective customer engagement. Collaborating with team members and maintaining efficient communication with other offices. Adhering to night shift schedules (working 4 nights a week), starting from 8:00 PM (Bangladesh Time). Qualifications and Skills Required: Educational Background: A Level, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree. Fluency in English: Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, along with good internet browsing abilities. Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment is preferred. Age and Gender Requirements: Applicants must be at least 24 years old. This position is open for male candidates only. Working Conditions: Full-time employment with a focus on night shifts, at the company premises in Chattogram. Salary range of Tk. 20,000 - 27,000 monthly, depending on experience.
