Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely counselling to students on Australian universities, courses, and career pathways.
- Prepare and submit student visa documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration requirements.
- Handle complete university admission processes, including document verification and application submission.
- Conduct workshops and information sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Teach or coordinate IELTS preparation classes for students.
- Prepare and submit GST returns and maintain financial compliance records.
- Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to achieve departmental goals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract and engage prospective students.
- Research and analyze trends in international education, visa policies, and student recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and education agents.
- Prepare periodic performance and progress reports for management review.
- Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up communication and problem resolution.
