Job Responsibilities
- Ensure 24/7 internet access and manage ISP bandwidth across all offices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain updated inventory of all electronic devices and manage lifecycle.
- Ensure data security compliance according to ISO 27001:2013 for all personnel.
- Utilize and maintain IP camera systems to ensure continuous access for management.
- Ensure fail-safes are installed on IT equipment.
- Maintain achievement lists, career scorecards, maintenance logs, and IT incident reports.
- Assist in recruitment of IT personnel and collaborate with other departments.
- Manage equipment operating on electricity (e.g., bulbs, fans, stabilizers) as part of IT duties.
