HTI Surgical is on the lookout for a talented IT Executive - Digital Marketing & Creative Design to join our dynamic team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a recognized leader in the manufacturing and distribution of medical equipment, your role will be pivotal in executing robust digital marketing strategies while also showcasing your creative talents. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Strategy: Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across diverse channels (SEO, SMM, Email, Mobile). Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on social media, search engines, email, etc. Website & IT Oversight: Oversee website functionality and IT-related tasks. Implement conversion, pixel, and event tracking across the website and digital platforms. Creative & Content Production: Conceptualize, design, and produce digital and print creative assets—logos, illustrations, layouts, banners, infographics, email templates, etc. Produce and edit video content for social media, web, presentations, and campaigns. Ensure visuals are visually appealing, on-brand, mobile-friendly, and optimized across media. Apply A/B testing and analytics to improve design and performance. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and the broader marketing team to deliver aligned content and visuals. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of creative assets. Research & Analytics: Conduct market and audience research to refine engagement strategies. Analyze digital marketing metrics and reporting to derive insights and drive optimization efforts. Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging digital tools, video trends, AI-assisted design tools, and platform updates. Apply new technologies and trends to elevate creative output. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing. Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design software. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and web tracking implementation. Strong portfolio showcasing versatile design and multimedia work.
