- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and processes across the organization
- Develop and enforce project governance framework, ensuring compliance with policies, procedure and industry best practices
- Define project management templates, tools and guidelines to support project planning, execution and reporting
- Facilitate project management activities, including project prioritization, resource allocation and capacity planning
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics and KPIs and provide regular status updates and report to stakeholders and senior management
