Job Description

Based in Tongi, Gazipur, our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is home to a team of around 10,000 dedicated professionals. Our medicines reach 32 countries worldwide, showcasing our commitment to healthcare. As our IT Security Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security of our operations and protecting our assets. In this role, you will: Develop and implement BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan). Lead the response planning and investigation of security breaches and assist with associated disciplinary and legal matters. Establish a comprehensive information security program and oversee security policies, technologies, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with leadership across business units to manage security risks aligning with our business goals. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators. We are looking for candidates with: 8 to 12 years of experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Medicine sector. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and analytical skills, with expert knowledge in IT Security. Leadership qualities and decision-making capabilities to navigate complex scenarios. This is a Full-Time position, with office-based work in Dhaka.
