This exciting role is a full-time position located at our office in Banani, Dhaka. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest fashion trends and contribute to the overall aesthetic and branding of our offerings. Your Responsibilities Design and create new styles for our ethnic women's collection. Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to align designs with customer preferences. Research and analyze market trends to stay ahead in the fashion industry. Prepare design presentations and samples for review. Assist in the coordination of production schedules. Ensure all designs meet quality standards. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in boutique or ethnic wear. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
