Job Responsibilities
- Support initial communication, floor coordination, and related documentation.
- Track and monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, and absences.
- Assist in preparing salary statements and processing approvals.
- Support in organizing employee welfare programs, events, and training sessions.
- Maintain and regularly update employees’ personal files.
- Oversee housekeeping activities in line with the 5S methodology.
- Carry out all administration-related tasks as assigned.
- Be available to attend night shift duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to HR & Admin functions.
- Assist in administrative activities, including drafting transfer letters, updating templates, maintaining employee records, and periodically reviewing HR policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements relevant to the RMG sector.
