Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial records, vouchers, and ledgers in compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing and posting journal entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Assist in payroll preparation and staff expense reimbursement.
- Reconcile bank statements and cash balances regularly.
- Ensure timely bill collection and proper recording of payments.
- Prepare basic financial reports for the Accounts Manager.
- Coordinate with the hotel’s front office and F&B team regarding billing records.
- Perform any tasks assigned by management related to finance and accounts.
