Job Responsibilities
- Handle and actively monitor all ongoing legal disputes including civil, criminal, and arbitration matters.
- Ensure all legal documents are legally sound, properly formatted, and archived systematically.
- Manage court cases related to land disputes, encroachment, and ownership.
- Liaise with government authorities for mutation, registration, and other formalities.
- Facilitate the coordination of land development activities including site planning, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Maintain communication with entities such as RAJUK and local Land offices.
- Prepare case files and coordinate court or arbitration schedules.
- Review and draft legal documents and agreements to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Provide legal advice on contracts, compliance, and risk issues.
- Handle government-related work including license renewals and registrations.

Job Description

Your expertise will help navigate the complexities of legal disputes while ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. Handle and actively monitor all ongoing legal disputes including civil, criminal, and arbitration matters. Ensure all legal documents are legally sound, properly formatted, and archived systematically. Manage court cases related to land disputes, encroachment, and ownership. Liaise with government authorities for mutation, registration, and other formalities. Facilitate the coordination of land development activities including site planning, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling. Maintain communication with entities such as RAJUK and local Land offices. Qualifications: Bachelor of Law (LLB). 3 to 4 years of experience in a legal role, specifically involving land and legal issues. Strong understanding of land laws, registration processes, and legal documentation. Experience in interacting with governmental regulatory agencies and sound knowledge of Labor Law and Contract Law. Ability to draft legal documents in both English and Bengali. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Punctual, honest, and dedicated. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to work under stress and handle emergencies effectively. Age Requirement: 28 to 42 years. Gender Preference: Male only.
