Job Responsibilities: Take responsibility for driver acquisition and training initiatives, ensuring we build a robust driver base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers and the surrounding community. Ensure all operational standards are adhered to, contributing to a high-quality service delivery. Embrace challenges as you work hands-on to address real-time operational issues. Contribute to the reinforcement of company SOPs and procedures. Maintain a goal-oriented approach to meet our ambitious growth objectives. Utilize your analytical skills and keen attention to detail in your daily operations. Thrive in a fast-paced environment split between fieldwork and office responsibilities. Required Skills: Experience of at least 1 year in operational roles, ideally within Transport Service, Logistics Startups, or Shared Mobility Startups. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Be smart, energetic, dynamic, and eager to learn. Education Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing is required. Job Location: Our office is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where you will work full-time.
