Job Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and handheld devices
- Basic troubleshooting of networking devices
- Knowledge of CCTV system setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of industrial machine connectivity to IT systems
- Basic LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of IP addressing, VLAN basics, and cable termination
- Familiarity with wireless network setup and signal troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of ERP/MIS used in garment manufacturing

Your Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure & Hardware: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and handheld devices (Switches, routers, access points). Troubleshoot networking devices. Set up and monitor CCTV systems. Ensure industrial machine connectivity to IT systems. Networking & Communication: Set up and troubleshoot LAN/WAN. Knowledge of IP addressing, VLAN basics, and cable termination. Wireless network troubleshooting on production floors. Software & ERP: Basic knowledge of ERP/MIS in garment manufacturing. Install and update software for knitting machines. Implement real-time production monitoring systems. Data Management and Security: Generate IT-related reports and ensure data security. Manage antivirus installation and firewall rules. Oversee backup management for production data. Support & Maintenance: Provide floor-level IT support and troubleshoot technical issues. Conduct preventive maintenance for IT devices in the factory. Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with senior IT staff for advanced issues. Maintain logs of IT incidents and repairs. Your Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology. 2-3 years of experience in IT, preferably in the textile or garment industry. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Age: 25 to 30 years. Willingness to work near the office premises.
