We are looking for a passionate Junior Executive to enhance our customer service team. Your role will be pivotal to our customer's experience and satisfaction, ensuring they receive the best support from our company.About the JobThis is a full-time position where you will work in our Dhaka office. The working hours are divided between a day shift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and an evening shift (1:00 PM - 10 PM). As part of your role, you will: Answer customer queries and provide timely information about our products and services. Process orders and manage transactions effectively. Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism. Communicate via various channels and collect customer feedback. Attend meetings to discuss improvements with your team lead. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Take on additional tasks assigned by management as necessary. Required QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have: A diploma or Bachelor's degree. This position is suitable for candidates aged 20 to 30 years. A maximum of 2 years of experience in customer service, especially in telecommunications or e-commerce startups. Freshers are encouraged to apply! Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bangla and English. Proficiency in MS Office and good typing speed. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Skills RequiredThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Customer communication and support, particularly through phone.
