Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with buyers and follow up on samples, approvals, and queries.
- Prepare and update Time & Action (T&A) plans, track orders, and maintain documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories booking.
- Follow up with production units to ensure timely order execution.
- Assist in costing, consumption calculation, and sourcing support.
- Prepare reports and assist in shipment planning & documentation.
- Liaise with QA, commercial, and production teams for smooth execution.

Job Description

Communicate with buyers and follow up on samples, approvals, and queries. Prepare and update Time & Action (T&A) plans, track orders, and maintain comprehensive documents. Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories booking to ensure smooth operations. Follow up with production units to ensure timely order execution and meet deadlines. Assist in costing, consumption calculation, and sourcing support. Prepare thorough reports and assist in shipment planning & documentation. Liaise with quality assurance, commercial, and production teams for effective execution of orders. Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Production Engineering. Minimum CGPA of 3.50 is required; students from reputed institutions like BUTEX, BUFT, AUST, NITER are preferred. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in merchandising within the Garments or Textile sector is preferred. Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Age should be between 22 to 35 years; both males and females are encouraged to apply. Benefits: Mobile bill and Insurance coverage.
