Job Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients across pharma, food, and industrial sectors.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers.
- Collect feedback and provide market intelligence to the Sales Team.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and product campaigns.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of laboratory instruments, stability chambers, and related systems.
- Conduct basic maintenance, calibration, and service checks under supervision.
- Support troubleshooting and provide timely technical assistance to clients.
- Maintain service records and prepare technical reports.
- Assist senior engineers in customer training sessions.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up for after-sales support.
