Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is necessary. 1 to 2 years of experience in the customer service field, particularly in Retail Store, Restaurant, or Food and Beverage sectors. Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla. Strong listening skills and patience to handle diverse customer needs. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Familiarity with call center technology (dialers, headsets, CRM software). Multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
